1. Who We Are

These terms govern angelsbeautiessupply.com, operated by Angel Beauty Supply, 2417 N Blackstone Ave, Fresno, CA 93703. By using the site or ordering, you agree to them.

2. Pricing & the 15% Discount

Every product on the site is offered at 15% off its regular price. Product pages show the regular price struck through with the reduced price beside it — the reduced price is the price you pay. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes and shipping. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

3. Products & Availability

We describe products accurately and in our own words; colors may vary by screen. If something sells out after you order, we refund that item immediately.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send a confirmation email. We may decline orders, including for professional-use products that legally require a license. Cancellations before shipment are fully refunded.

5. Payment & Secure Checkout

Checkout is processed by a certified payment provider (Stripe) and accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details are encrypted in transit; we never see or store your card number. Order and receipt emails are delivered via our email provider (Resend).

6. Shipping

$7.95 standard U.S. shipping, free over $100; handling in 1–2 business days; delivery 1–3 business days after shipment. Full details in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Title and risk pass on delivery to you or the carrier, as stated there.

7. Returns & Refunds

30-day return window on eligible unopened items; defective or wrong items fully refunded. Refunds are issued within 10 business days after the return is approved. Full details in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Product Use & Safety

Use products according to their labels. We aren't responsible for reactions or injuries from misuse, allergies, or skipped patch tests. Product information isn't medical advice.

9. Intellectual Property

Site design, text and images belong to Angel Beauty Supply or their respective owners. Product names and brand marks belong to their owners. No commercial copying without written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

No scraping, automated traffic abuse, breach attempts, or unlawful use.

11. Liability

The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by California law, our liability for any order-related claim is limited to the amount paid for that order; no indirect or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

California law; disputes in state or federal courts serving Fresno County.
